 Location: Costa Rica < Central America Nearest Airport: San Jose at 150 Miles Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles Car: not necessary We are located in the Village of Cocles, which is 3 KM South of Puerto Viejo on the road to Manzanillo. This is a quiet laid-back multi-national community away from the Hustle-Bustle of Puerto Viejo, so if you want a lot of action you are a 10 minute drive from where its all happening - but you are living in the most beautifully tranquil environment. Another 10 minute walk from the house, you are on an incredible beach that stretches all the way to Manzanillo, through a series of small villages on land, or scenic coral bays along the ocean. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house, but my favourite, where you have little coral pools great for kids is another 5 minutes on down the beach. Just up our hill, the neighbor offers horseback riding, there is also diving and snorkeling, kayaking, hiking and waterfalls are all within easy reach. |
